The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has developed a portal for launching various new housing schemes being developed by J&K Housing Board, Jammu Development Authority and Srinagar Development Authority. This portal shall provide a one shop for consumers to get all the information about the housing projects in a transparent manner so that the consumers can apply online for allotment of the housing units. This portal shall be an end-to-end solution from making an application to the final possession and financial closure of the housing units.
